Critical Incident

Every year, thousands of police officers, paramedics and firefighters are attacked and injured in the line of duty. Wounded and traumatised, frontline fighters are stopped from doing what they do best: protecting the public.

Critical Incident looks at the dedication of those determined to do their duty and get back on the beat – and shows how the violent criminals responsible for the attacks are brought to justice.

Using dramatic footage captured by body-cams, vehicle dash-cams, CCTV and even mobile phones, the series will show the terrifying moments that changed the lives of these public service champions and how the police track down and lock up the criminal villains.
