Norma Percy in Conversation with Nina Hossain at Sheffield DocFest

At this year’s Sheffield DocFest, Brook Lapping’s Norma Percy – alongside Lucy Hetherington and Lotte Murphy-Johnson – joined Nina Hossain on stage for a wide-ranging conversation about how they bring world-shaping political stories to life on screen.

Norma revealed anecdotes from her remarkable four-decade career, during which she has helped redefine the way major global events are captured.

They discussed, among others, the landmark documentaries Inside Europe: Ten Years of Turmoil, Putin vs the West, and The Death of Yugoslavia, the latter of which will air again on BBC Four on 8 July.
